Cooper’S Hawk Winery & Restaurant

We stopped by Cooper’s Hawk in Naperville for dinner and kicked things off with the lettuce wraps and their soft pretzel bread (aka the reason you forget to save room for the main course). Whoever decided pretzels should be bread service deserves a raise. For mains, we had a cheeseburger, a chicken burger, the beef ribs special, and a steak. Everything came out tasting pretty solid — nothing to complain about on the flavor front. The ribs were melt-in-your-mouth good, and the burgers were exactly the kind of comfort food you want after a long week. Now, the only thing keeping this from a 5-star review was the pacing. Dinner ended up stretching close to 2 hours, which felt like we were auditioning for a spot on “Survivor: Dining Edition.” I know it was a Friday night, but still, I didn’t expect to grow emotionally attached to my chair by the end of it. Overall, solid food, great atmosphere, and that pretzel bread might be reason enough to come back. Just don’t make any big plans after — you might be here long enough to finish an entire season of a Netflix show.

Visited this location over the weekend and it didn’t disappoint. The food was great, I had the sausage flatbread and Caesar salad and a glass of the Bubbly Rose’. The atmosphere was fantastic, especially because of the outdoor seating area. It was nicely designed. A perfect place to sit when it’s not so hot outside. I love eating at Cooper’s Hawk in Tinley Park but I think this one maybe my new favorite.

Coopers Hawk in Naperville!! Our waitress Autumn was exceptional. I can honestly say I've never had service like this before! Best Birthday I've had ever. We will definitely be back to see Autumn.....

Came here for an early dinner with a few co-workers, and we were all really impressed! We started off with a few beers and some of their wines — I tried the Blood Orange Sangria, and others had the Red Sangria, which was actually delicious. For appetizers, we ordered the meatballs and Brussels sprouts, both were 10/10. The pretzel bread they bring out is also warm, soft, and so good that it’s easy to fill up on before your meal even arrives. For entrees, our group ordered a mix of burgers, the chicken sandwich, and the mahi-mahi sandwich — all were flavorful, fresh. The restaurant itself has a really nice, relaxed setting — perfect for a casual dinner or even a work outing. We didn’t have time to do the wine tasting, but a few others in our group did later on and said it was a great experience.

We were there on July 23, 2025 at the Naperville, IL location and they were serving an “Exclusive - Lunch Tower for Two” and the meal was amazing!! This is currently only available at this location and it was their first day offering this new menu item! The salad had so many flavors, the desserts that came with it were delicious and the homemade potatoes chip were great! Our server, Mike R. was very knowledgeable and explained in detail our menu options. Highly recommend the food and service!

The food and wine is good, but service is slow. It's never good when it takes 30+ minutes from when you're finished eating, until you're able to pay and finally leave.

tia and david both took care of us when was still busy on a sunday night! We are easy going people and we were on a date night in a long time. Hostess was welcoming and the gentleman who was working as the manager was super friendly (forgot his name) and looked like a hard worker and overall great guy! Been years since we have been here and we will be back soon! Had a great time.
